The location of this hotel is unbeatable. I was able to easily explore the city's main attractions and dining options as everything was within walking distance. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was impressive, and I also appreciated the hotel staff's friendly and accommodating attitude. Additionally, the breakfast offered a decent selection of food to fuel up for a busy day.

Stayed during Easter Break and overall has a great experience. Impressed with remarkable service and architecture. Close to major city attractions and transportation. Spacious and comfortable rooms with balcony for a relaxing atmosphere.

The bathroom could use some updating and had an odd smell, but the service team quickly remedied it. the food was a bit overpriced and not as fresh as we would've liked, but there were plenty of options nearby.

Beautiful architecture, convenient rooms, perfect location, close to Amur River, Dormition Cathedral, bars.

All was perfect.

Great location with beautiful views and walking distance to museums and parks. The hotel provided clean bed linen and nice furniture. We also appreciated the tea and coffee machine in the room as well as the variety of breakfast items offered.

The hotel lacked sound insulation and we could hear music from the bar and neighbors waking up early in the morning. The rooms were outdated with old bedspreads and curtains.

Staying in this hotel with my family was wonderful! the location was perfect because we could easily walk to all the shops, restaurants, and even the sea. the beautiful gardens and lovely building were impressive, and our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with caviar and champagne in the morning, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the business center printing was free, which was helpful because we needed to print some tickets. we had a great time and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The only downside we noticed was that the front desk staff could have been more welcoming and friendly, but luckily the other staff made up for it with their helpfulness and efficiency.
